Hi, man, im so sorry about your dog, honestly, i wish could help.. just wish you have enough strenght to keep going. Big hugh and R.I.P. your adorable dog…
Such an unfortunate tragedy…. But I’m sure he’s still with you :]
The loss of a pet can sometimes be more devastating then losing a family member. This past summer my cat died in my arms. He was poisoned by my old housemates. We always try to tell ourselves “it’s going to get better”
In the end of the tragedy you realize you still have the memories. It doesn’t get better but “worse” seems further and further away in your mind. I had a father for 4 years and a mother for 10. I had my cat for 2 years but the 14 cat years felt like 14 human years for me. When you start out all alone in this world, a pet can make all the difference in the world. Nothing can fill the void of a lost pet, but I hope you can still think of him there when you run. It will get you by.
