THIS IS INDUSTRIAL, or what I know as industrial, the stuff people call industrial today is not industrial. This is machine like, metallic, and aggressive, pissed off, and edgy. Nothing like what people think industrial is today. While it retains those qualities, it also has a musicality to it that is catchy and cool.

Revolting Cocks: Let’s Get Physical from Hexfix93 on Vimeo.

Revco was always like the industrial all star band. Al Jourgensen of ministry was the backbone along with his then side kick Paul Barker. They would work with the lights of front 242, Nivek Ogre of skinny puppy, Luc Van Acker and Chris Connelly, Bill Rieflin, and more. This was the best line up, and to me, this is by far the best Revco LP ever made. It has so much energy and rage, the production is like the production found on ministry’s “The Mind Is a Terrible Thing To Taste” LP, one of my favorite ministry lps.

My favorite track is by far, Let’s Get Physical, followed by something wonderful and then in the neck. I love Get down as well, where you hear ogre freak out and say “PLEASE, PLEASE GET ON YOUR KNEES AND GIVE ME HEAD”. LOL The drums sound so brutal, machine and tribal, that is what I love, it sounds like a steel factory turned into a drum machine. The drums and bass are what make me love this lp so much.

This seriously is probably my favorite “INDUSTRIAL” LP, yes more than any skinny puppy, ministry, 242, or nitzer ebb. This is what I throw in when i want to slam dance, get pissed and scream along with the lyrics. I give this a 10 out of 10. Click Here to Buy Amazon mp3s of Beers steers and queers.
