I have listened to a lot of records this year. This is the one I go back to over and over. I know this will not be everyone’s cup of tea. This is a gothic folk lp. Take the swans and cross it with death in june and you have ROME. I love music like this. It has passion, intelligent and pretty lyrics. Emotion on more of an adult level. The sound is amazing, great acoustic guitars, pianos, drums, bass. Vocals are deep, dark and mesmerizing. Click here to read my full review. Runner up.
