<p>This lp deserve way more praise and sales than it ever got. I lvoe this lp, great songs with nivek ogre from puppy. People involved: Martin Atkins, Chris Connelly, William Tucker, Paul Raven, Andrew Weiss, En Esch, Mary Byker, Barbara Hunter, Lesley Rankine, Fuzz, Chris Haskett, Flour, Matt Schultz, Sean Joyce, Bella Black, David Sims. Like an industrial superstar lp. Has this tribal power rock industrial feel to it. Some great anthem songs were published on this lp. This lp has ties to kmfdm, Skinny Puppy, Gay Bikers on Acid and more.</p>
<p><object width="480" height="385"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/_NqTEVtbf9U&amp;hl=en_US&amp;fs=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/_NqTEVtbf9U&amp;hl=en_US&amp;fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="480" height="385"></embed></object></p>
<p>My favorite song on this LP is I&#8217;m Still alive, where En Esh sings about his balls, I think Nivek Ogre does back up vocals on this track as well, makes me laugh every time, it has this super 70s rock funk sound to it with these mega powerful drums. I really Like Ten ground and Down a lot as well. Hips Tits Lips Power is a great rock industrial chick anthem. This is an lp i pull out and still listen to.</p>
<p><object width="480" height="385"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/u88t-ShV6KU&amp;hl=en_US&amp;fs=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/u88t-ShV6KU&amp;hl=en_US&amp;fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="480" height="385"></embed></object></p>
<p>If you like old school industrial, this is a must, it&#8217;s not really that industrial of an lp, but it is catchy as fuck and has some really great memorable track on it. I give this a 7 out of 10. <a href="http://www.amazon.com/Fook-Explicit/dp/B000S9FOTA/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&#038;s=dmusic&#038;qid=1280774195&#038;sr=8-2"> Click here to buy Fook on mp3</a>.</p>

<p>One of the unsung heroes of the black metal, death metal, viking metal music scene. Way back in 1983, this band started making unhuman metal, that shaped the entire black metal scene to this day. I was so stoked when i heard this stuff on the lost and the damn video game on the death metal station that I always listened to in the game. This music is so timeless for me and captures this dark evil energy that I love. Not many death metal bands do this for me.</p>
<p><object width="480" height="385"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/XRR0Gc0YuZs&amp;hl=en_US&amp;fs=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/XRR0Gc0YuZs&amp;hl=en_US&amp;fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="480" height="385"></embed></object></p>
<p>I love this lp because of Call from the grave, my fav song by Bathory. This lp has this trash punk metal sound to it, almost like some old punk, but the troll like vocals make it sound otherworldly. I absolutely love the vocals. Screeching growl that everyone copied to death. I prefer the original guy who did it. He is dead now <img src='http://electricdethtripmedia.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_sad.gif' alt=':(' class='wp-smiley' /> RIP Quorthon, you still inspire me.</p>
<p><object width="480" height="385"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/hS8yDlAUzRA&amp;hl=en_US&amp;fs=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/hS8yDlAUzRA&amp;hl=en_US&amp;fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="480" height="385"></embed></object></p>
<p>My favorite tracks are Call From The Grave, Enter The Eternal Fire, Massacre, 13 Candles. Think filthy troll punk, at the mouth of hell singing about their countess Bathory. This music influenced so many bands after. This is before Napalm Death, and the grind core scene. Some of the songs on this get really fast like grind. Over all I prefer this stuff because its so evil.</p>
<p><object width="480" height="385"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/Ul7ou5HYtKQ&amp;hl=en_US&amp;fs=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/Ul7ou5HYtKQ&amp;hl=en_US&amp;fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="480" height="385"></embed></object></p>
<p>If you are into black metal, and stuff like this, this is a must have. I give this an 8 out of 10. <a href="http://www.amazon.com/Under-Sign-Black-Mark/dp/B0028IR87A/ref=dm_cd_album_lnk"> Click here to buy Under the sign of the black mark on mp3</a>.</p>

<p>I was heavily influenced by the new romantic music movement of the late 70s and early 80s, bands like adam and the ants, abc, duran duran, omd and visage all were big influences on me when I was young. Lately I cannot get enough of it. Going back and listening to some of these old records has really made me happy. New music just lacks the sound and the magic these old records have. </p>
<p><object width="480" height="385"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/cznha2YTTh0&#038;hl=en_US&#038;fs=1&#038;"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/cznha2YTTh0&#038;hl=en_US&#038;fs=1&#038;" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="480" height="385"></embed></object></p>
<p>First was the punk movement, then once punk ran its course, the new romantic new wave movement came. From this scene, the whole entire look and feel of the goth and death rock movements was forged, and a lot of people really don&#8217;t know the history of the late 70s and early 80s. Its sad. </p>
<p><object width="480" height="385"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/C7fytJURpos&#038;hl=en_US&#038;fs=1&#038;"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/C7fytJURpos&#038;hl=en_US&#038;fs=1&#038;" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="480" height="385"></embed></object></p>
<p>Visage blows me away. Still, I knew this band when I was really young, saw the videos on my pbs tv station here, fm tv, and mtv in 80s. Forgot all about it, and was more into bands like duran duran for a while. Now, after a fan posted a video on my forum, it brought back a ton of memories and I went out and bought this greatest hits off amazon mp3. I have been listening to this non stop ever since. I am so in love with this right now. </p>
<p><object width="480" height="385"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/mdsC--CV3Iw&#038;hl=en_US&#038;fs=1&#038;"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/mdsC--CV3Iw&#038;hl=en_US&#038;fs=1&#038;" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="480" height="385"></embed></object></p>
<p>New wave music, new romantic. POP but inventive, weird, strange and interesting. Analog and warm. Steve Strange is a great vocalist, severely underrated. I think this band is shunned in the usa and had more success in europe. Steve Strange is doing music again and playing shows last i checked, with visage mk ii. </p>
<p><object width="480" height="385"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/2pb_AzlvyMQ&#038;hl=en_US&#038;fs=1&#038;"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/2pb_AzlvyMQ&#038;hl=en_US&#038;fs=1&#038;" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="480" height="385"></embed></object></p>
<p>My favorite song on this LP is &#8220;The Anvil&#8221; It is so old school industrial sounding. Love the metal percussion and the menacing bass line and strange synth leads. My second Favorite is Mind of a Toy, I love the lyrics, and how the song builds, reminds me of old pink dots, I love when the chorus goes up and a voice at a hight octave doubles the chorus. So cool. I also love their cover of &#8220;In the year 2525&#8243; the visage version is by far the best, the spooky sound of it, the synth strings and vocoder are amazing. Cannot forget Fade To Grey, and the music was written by Gary Numan&#8217;s band and Visage, the bouncy main riff reminds me of Metal from Gary Numan, so cool.</p>
<p><object width="480" height="385"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/ObYtPnHTAL4&#038;hl=en_US&#038;fs=1&#038;"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/ObYtPnHTAL4&#038;hl=en_US&#038;fs=1&#038;" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="480" height="385"></embed></object></p>
<p>I only skip love glove, and sometimes night train <img src='http://electricdethtripmedia.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> I love Damned don&#8217;t cry, the stabby vocoder rhythm thing and high strings and choir sounds are so good in that song. I really like We move as well, its a fun pop song that reminds me of oingo boingo. Visage is it&#8217;s own thing, very unique, and i can tell a lot of musicians in the ebm, future pop, and electro clash have stolen riffs and sounds from this act shamelessly. Still, none of the new stuff sounds this good.</p>
<p><object width="480" height="385"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/Ca_WK3djliU&#038;hl=en_US&#038;fs=1&#038;"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/Ca_WK3djliU&#038;hl=en_US&#038;fs=1&#038;" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="480" height="385"></embed></object></p>
<p>If you like good electro pop, 80s, and retro stuff, electro clash, and ebm, you should like this, it has a lot of those elements embedded in it while having it&#8217;s own strange pop sound.  I give this lp a 10 out of 10. <a href="http://www.amazon.com/Fade-Grey-Best-Visage/dp/B000WOUUMC/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&#038;s=dmusic&#038;qid=1276121403&#038;sr=8-1"> Click here to buy Fade to grey: The best of Visage on mp3</a>.</p>

<p>Seriously one of the more under rated Bill Leeb side projects. In fact this is my favorite Bill Leeb side project LP. This lp is rare so if you see this pick it up. This is an instrumental LP. Kind of trip hop meets front line assembly industrial, great use of samples. Some of the prettiest songs he has ever made. So musical. </p>
<p><object width="480" height="385"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/fE2VIH9guV8&#038;hl=en_US&#038;fs=1&#038;"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/fE2VIH9guV8&#038;hl=en_US&#038;fs=1&#038;" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="480" height="385"></embed></object></p>
<p>This is the era of Leeb when he was on fire. Caustic Grip, Noise Unit, Tactical Neural Implant, and this. These were some the of best years for industrial music, so much good music to listen to during this time period, and to me, this lp stood out heads and shoulders above a lot of it, and it is often over looked or unknown in the alternative scene. I love the down tempo songs. My favorite song by far on this lp is Anguish. I love how he mixed classical music and trip hop down tempo on some of these songs. Targeted was the club hit off this lp back in the day very pretty club song. Cum and get it is a kick ass ebm track. Dead ladder samples jacobs ladder. There is not a song on this LP that i do not like. 1992 was a great year for industrial music.</p>
<p><object width="480" height="385"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/oW5lu9pGSlI&#038;hl=en_US&#038;fs=1&#038;"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/oW5lu9pGSlI&#038;hl=en_US&#038;fs=1&#038;" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="480" height="385"></embed></object></p>
<p>If you like trip hop, ebm, and classical music, this is a great blend of those with kick ass production. One of my favorite lps.   I give this lp a 10 out of 10. <a href="http://www.amazon.com/Intermix/dp/B000000H8Z/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&#038;s=music&#038;qid=1274386613&#038;sr=8-1"> Click here to buy audio cd</a>.</p>

<p>The analog theater by CJ Bolland. One of my favorite techno lps. This, Orbital and the old Aphex twin are what influences older vac in our techno sound back in the day. I pulled this out recently and listened to and realized. I&#8217;ll start with the mega hit video first. But do not judge this whole LP by this first video, most of this LP sounds like Dimension 8 by VAC. We were heavily influenced by this while making old electro VAC. I really love this video below, so live action anime!</p>

<p>The big hit off this record was &#8220;Sugar is Sweeter&#8221; with guest vocals from Nikkie Van Lierop from old lords of acid. One of the more memorable techno hits from the 90s. I really miss those days. I found music to have more soul then, even in the 90s. The production on this record is really unique. It has this warm verbed out sound, this really nice spacey sound that a lot of the new records lack in electronic music. Back then I used to really be into really be into techno compilations. I first discovered CJ bollard on the &#8220;UNIVERSE&#8221; compilation. That comp had afx aka apex twin on it, so I bought it for that and was surprised by CJ Bolland. My favorite song off this LP is Obsidian, then Sugar is Sweeter. I also really like Kung Kung Ku, and Pesticide.</p>

<p>If you like Prodigy Fat of the land, and orbital anything, check this out. This is one of the most under rated artists in the scene back then. I just felt the need to expose this gem to my fans.   I give this lp a 7 out of 10. <a href="http://www.amazon.com/Analogue-Theatre-C-J-Bolland/dp/B000003TSO/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&#038;s=music&#038;qid=1271883357&#038;sr=8-1"> Click here to buy audio cd</a>.</p>

<p>What makes this one so magical for me is Chris Connelly. You might remember him from the mind is a terrible thing to taste ministry live tour videos, or PTP(tick tick tock), or Revolting Cocks when they kicked the most ass on beers steers and queers. To me this LP has that same kick ass industrial sound that the older ministry had with this slicker edge to it. </p>
<p><object width="480" height="385"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/8O45Zwv1U9g&#038;hl=en_US&#038;fs=1&#038;"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/8O45Zwv1U9g&#038;hl=en_US&#038;fs=1&#038;" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="480" height="385"></embed></object></p>
<p>This is the fun side of industrial. Sure they use some corny horn sounds now and then, but honestly, this is one of the most aggressive electronic metal industrial lps around. It leans on industrial more than a lot of their other stuff. Sure they have done heavier stuff, but never with this much industrial thrown in. </p>
<p><object width="480" height="385"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/jKqEH6gAgrE&#038;hl=en_US&#038;fs=1&#038;"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/jKqEH6gAgrE&#038;hl=en_US&#038;fs=1&#038;" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="480" height="385"></embed></object></p>
<p>My favorite song on this LP is DOGMA. I love it, every time I DJ I spin this, as every DJ should. I love the social commentary. The music is amazing as well perfect club music. No matter what, KMFDM is great club music. Those who don&#8217;t get it should be stomped into the fucking ground. Other good tracks are Apathy, Son of Gun, Inane, Ikons and my 2nd FAV KMFDM TRACK OF ALL TIME, WRATH. I love how hyper Son of a Gun is. I used to slam dance this at the clubs in here colorado ages ago. </a>.</p>
<p><object width="480" height="385"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/EezWCT-kicY&#038;hl=en_US&#038;fs=1&#038;"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/EezWCT-kicY&#038;hl=en_US&#038;fs=1&#038;" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="480" height="385"></embed></object></p>
<p>I love the keyboard sounds on this LP, The tight timing, super robotic aggressive industrial. I really wish music had this kind of fun energy still. MSI kind of has it sometimes. Kmfdm sometime still has it. But this old stuff has it in droves. </p>
<p><object width="480" height="385"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/Un9SGwb-xv8&#038;hl=en_US&#038;fs=1&#038;"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/Un9SGwb-xv8&#038;hl=en_US&#038;fs=1&#038;" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="480" height="385"></embed></object></p>
<p>I give this an 08 out of 10. Go buy this. <a href="http://www.amazon.com/Xtort/dp/B0033BI686/ref=sr_1_fkmr0_3?ie=UTF8&#038;qid=1268091600&#038;sr=8-3-fkmr0">Click here to buy KMFDM: XTORT mp3 256 from amazon</a>.</p>
