I loved you so much. I will miss you every day of my life.

Zyden, rest in peace, you were the best dog in the world.

2005 – 2010.

To young to die. I wish i could of moved long ago, these neighbors are bastards. He was given decon or something. The transfusion and vit k shots didn’t work, he started bleeding out last night. Nothing could be done, he was pissing blood and shitting blood.

My heart is crushed. I’m devastated.

Seriously, this was one of the first movies I rented when I got my ps3. I am a huge Chow Yun-Fat fan. Actually I love a lot of asia cinema. This is one of the prettiest movies I have ever seen, seriously, it was shot in high def with high def equipment. It looks stunning in 1080p or i. I think quite possibly one of the prettiest films ever made. If you have a high def 1080p set up, you must watch this film. The details on the costumes, the sets, the clothing, the make up. Yes aesthetically its so pleasing. That does not take away from the epic story of betrayal and power.

The acting is pretty good, the martial arts are pretty well done. I love how it has a shakespearean feel to it. If you like Shakespeare and martial arts films, do not miss this one. Sure its a bit old, but seriously, on blue ray this is very very very pretty to look at, very pleasing to the eyes. The amount of work in the details in the metals on their armor and weapons is phenomenal. the use of colors is amazing. I give this a 5 out of 5 on the visuals alone. I watched it in Chinese with subtitles.

fist-of-legend-1
This is one of my favorite kung fu films. As yo may have realized, I am a huge fan of martial arts, from the brutal, to the pretty this movie has both. Some of the best fight scenes ever in film. Yes, this is a remake of an old Bruce Lee movie fist of fury. The story progression is a lot like a video game with boss battles. Call me corny, I don’t care, I really love the wire work and stuff like that in a lot of these films. This is like fighting ballet.

Jet Li’s character finds out his master has been murder, then there is hell to pay. Brilliant. Go rent this, hell, I own it.. :) one of my all time favorites. 5 out of 5!
